Your attention to detail and use of colors is amazing. There is so much to look at without it being overwhelming. What I like most about the colors is that you used the ones that would usually burn your retinas if applied to a piece, and you somehow managed to tone them down making them nice to look at.
The anatomy is dead on, there seems to be perspective applied to the legs which adds a lot of depth. I really can't see any single thing that I would change...
